ATLANTA draws on their vast experience combined with their wide, standard program range to address and solve just about any application requirements presented.
ATLANTA’s rack & pinion drive systems are available in five levels of precision and utilize their wide range of standard rack & pinions and servo reducers to meet any axis drive requirements. ATLANTA has the widest standard range of rack and pinions in the World, consisting of both helical & straight (spur) tooth versions, in an assortment of sizes (module 1.0 to 12.0), materials and quality levels (DIN 4 to 10, AGMA 8 to 12+).
Also included in the new catalog is detailed information on ATLANTA’s expanded range of Automatic Lubrication Systems, which precisely pump grease or oil for continuous lubrication of a variety of components. The automatic lubricators are available in four different models, with sizes from 60 cc up to 475 cc and options for battery operation or externally powered. The lubricator flow rate can be precisely controlled directly on the lubricator or via PLC, and the lubricator emptying time can be adjusted from one month up to thirty-six months.
