These single-point electronically controlled lubricators offer precise & reliable delivery of lubricant by means of an electromechanical pump. With its precise operation, this lubricator is suitable for automatic lubrication of roller and sliding bearings, gear racks, open gears and chains and much more.
The lubricator is powered by a 6V Li high performance battery or externally by means of a 24V adapter. The replaceable lubricant cartridge, which comes in capacities of 60, 150 and 250 cc, is simply screwed to the lubricator, which is reusable. With a delivery pressure of 7.5 bar, the lubricator operates automatically and temperature-independently for up to one year.
The emptying time of the lubricator can be selected between 1 to 12 months and it is possible to change the setting or switch off the lubricator at any time. The control of the lubricator is carried out by a clearly visible LED screen. In addition, the level of the lubricant cartridge is visible at all times through the transparent housing.
The grease flow is pushed out continuously (not pulsating) at constant pressure according to the selected flow rate. Depending on application requirements, an emptying time of 1 to 18 months can be selected by setting the dip-switches on the lubricator.
