Automatic Lubricators - Type MD125

These single-point electronically controlled lubricators offer precise & reliable delivery of lubricant by means of an electromechanical pump. It can also be used as a multi-point lubrication system by using splitters or progressive distributors, and its extremely compact design makes it perfect for areas with limited space. With its precise operation, this lubricator is suitable for automatic lubrication of roller and sliding bearings, gear racks, open gears and chains and much more. These lubricators are available in two versions:

MD125-B: This lubricator is powered by a 4.5V battery and an operating pressure of 15 or 35 bar (switchable).

MD125-V: This lubricator is powered by 24V external power and can optionally be connected to the existing PLC. It has a higher operating pressure of up to 15 or 50 bar (switchable) which opens up even more application possibilities.

In addition to the 125 cc lubricant cartridge, the MD125-V can use a larger 250 cc cartridge. With the built-in display and microcontroller, specific lubrication intervals can be programmed.

The emptying time of the lubricators can be selected between 1 to 24 months and is temperature-independent; it is possible to change the setting or switch off the lubricator at any time. The control of the lubricator is carried out by a clearly visible LED screen. In addition, the level of the lubricant cartridge is visible at all times through the transparent housing.
