Automatic Lubricators - Type MD400

These single or multi-point electronically controlled lubricators offer precise & reliable delivery of lubricant by means of an electromechanical pump. With its precise operation, this lubricator is suitable for automatic lubrication of roller and sliding bearings, gear racks, open gears and chains and much more.

With these extremely versatile lubricators, both individual lubrication points and a whole group of different types of lubrication points can be continuously and safely supplied with lubricant over a long period of time.

These lubricators are extremely compact and powerful and work with oils and greases up to NLGI 2. The lubricators work with a 6V battery or with 24V external power. Due to its compact dimensions, they are ideally suited for retrofitting in many applications.

These lubricators have an operating pressure up to 70 bar and the emptying time can be selected between 1 to 36 months and is temperature-independent; it is possible to change the setting or switch off the lubricator at any time. The control of the lubricator is carried out by a clearly visible LED screen or can be externally controlled with a PLC. In addition, the level of the lubricant cartridge is visible at all times through the transparent housing.

These lubricators are available in three different versions:

MD400-B: This lubricator is powered by a 6V battery and has 1 or 2 outlets.

MD400-V: This lubricator is powered by 24V external power and has 1 or 2 outlets.

MD400-D: This lubricator is powered by 24V external power and has up to 4 outlets and can be controlled by a PLC.
